Go Green: JPM to Participate in Main Line Chamber of Commerce Sustainability Conference at Agnes Irwin School on May 13

GoGreenSustainability500x100Since Jennifer McCafferty started JPM Catering out of her home kitchen in 2009, sustainability has been at the forefront of the company’s operations. JPM’s seasonal approach, composting kitchen scraps, sourcing food locally and naturally, using compostable disposable serviceware and designing menus and decor that minimize waste has helped change how Greater Philadelphia thinks about food and events. As JPM has grown, it has emerged as a green leader in an industry known for waste and excess.
